CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Please be aware that cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. In the case of a no-show, 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged.
